1. Data controller

2. What data we collect and why

Through the contact form we collect your name, phone number, email, town, a description of the site and, optionally, attached photos or sketches. We use them solely to answer your enquiry, arrange a survey and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We do not use your data for marketing and do not share it with third parties, except for the email service provider that technically delivers your message to us.

3. Retention period

Enquiries are kept in our email system for up to 2 years after the last communication, and where a contract is concluded – in accordance with the statutory requirements for accounting and warranty documents.

4. Cookies and analytics

The site does not use tracking cookies. For visitor statistics we use Vercel Web Analytics – a cookie-free service that collects no personal data and does not track users across sites; only anonymous information such as the page visited, country and device type is recorded.

To protect the form from automated submissions the Cloudflare Turnstile service may be used, which processes technical request data in accordance with Cloudflare's policy.

5. Your rights
